Formal attire is all about making an impression. Whether you’re a bridesmaid, a pageant contestant, or going to prom, you want to be confident and comfortable without having to suffer from an ill-fitting dress. You’ve bought the gown, now lets make it your own unique vision by “tailoring” it to fit your body AND personality!
I recommend scheduling a consultation as early as possible after you have chosen your dress, ideally 6-8 weeks before your event date to allow for fittings. At your consultation, we will have your first fitting. We will work together to determine what services are needed. You’ll receive an estimate and we’ll develop a plan to fit your budget and needs. If we decide we’re a good fit to work together, you can sign a contract that day and work can begin immediately.

$50 Basic Fitting and Alterations Fee
(Includes minor alterations to existing seams, straps, side seams, breast cup adjustment) final fee included at pickup.
Hemming - $10 per layer, $20 with horsehair
Beading or lace may incur additional cost depending on amount and complexity of handwork.
Major Alterations
Will require an additional fee (boning, sleeve construction, corset or zipper insertion, restructuring, darts within main bodice, pocket insertion) charge based on time, complexity and amount of handiwork required. Itemized material cost for any specialized supplies, as needed.
Some alterations may require additional fittings at $30 charge per appointment.
Rush Fee $20
Any service less than 2 weeks before event.
